We all know that an Indian bride has the most colourful and enthusiastic wedding celebrations in the world. For Indian brides, red colour symbolised Suhaag and it is considered mandatory for a bride to wear red saari or lehnga on her wedding day but today I have an awesome collection of modern Indian brides who ditched the red colour and wore a more graceful and elegant colour that allured every eye.
This bride went out of the league while selecting the lehnga. She wore this dusky colour with elegance and the green coloured accessory highlighted her beauty. She no doubt walked in with royalty and queenly manner on her wedding day.
The Beghum Look
The picture is taken from Palak Arora Makeover’s facebook page and the bride in moderate peach colour bridal lehnga has nailed it completely with her modernity in selecting the attire for her special day. The lehngas seems to be light-weight but the maang-teekia and side-teeka along with large nose-pin and pearl necklace collaborated to make the bride distinguished and super-beautiful.
The Hottie in Hot Pink
Yeah, this bride is someone who loves the pink like all girls out there but choosing pink for the wedding attire is now in trends. Her heavy bottom skirt and light choli with minute, necklace and mangteeka plus with a bindi is enough to showcase her dimple-cheek smile in a perfect way.
The bride in light peach colour with bronze-coloured embroidery has outreached all the so-called suhaag colours. She wore the attire with proper Punjabi kaleery and heavy jewellery. Overall, she is the one who ditched the red-green colour completely.
The Purple Thread
This bride is my personal favourite. She has some other spark and glam in her that lead her to choose the colour purple wand blue and that too in a thread work. The light-weighted lehnga with minute detailing in thread-work embroidery and light dupatta is setting new trends in the bride-world.
There are many brides who have been setting new trends every day with their modern approach and outlook. I will be bringing more ideas for all the to-be brides. Stay connected
