External physical activity such as cycling, jogging and other outdoor exercise should be avoided.
Air cleaners such as Elovera, Ivy and Spider Plant should be kept in homes and offices.
Along with that, vitamin C, magnesium, omega fatty acids should be used to prevent infection and allergic reactions. It will be beneficial to take ginger and basil tea in sufficient quantity.
